PHP is a widely-used general-purpose scripting language that is especially suited for Web development and can be embedded into HTML. If you are new to PHP and want to get some idea of how it works, try the introductory tutorial. Kachinglers' support for php.net is donated directly to Linux Fund. Linux Fund is a community-neutral 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides financial and administrative support to the open source community. Linux Fund has given away over $750,000 to open source events and projects around the world since their founding in 1999.
