Boudha Shack Village

About

ERIC FAIRMAN - a retired primary school teacher, currently resident in Cochem, Germany. Visiting Kathmandu and Boudha for the first time, he was invited by beggar-girl Rina for 'tea' in her house in the village. His visit's became almost daily during his remaining two weeks in Nepal and he immediately began to take positive measures to alleviate some of the deprivations of Rina, her family and a few immediate friends. On leaving Boudha, Eric made the promise to continue helping the village.
